About Todd Eidson
Todd and his wife, Caroline, have been married for over 25 years. Their daughter, Sadie, will be graduating from Trinity University in May. Sadie attended elementary, middle, and high school at FISD. Todd owns and operates Sierra Homes, a custom homebuilding company.
Todd currently serves on the Fredericksburg Historic Review Board. He has served the city on the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee, the Historic District Guidelines Steering Committee, the Workforce Housing Advisory Board, and the ‘Visioning’ Business Subcommittee.
Todd served six years on the Chamber Board, including one as Chair. He was named the Chamber’s 2024 Man of the Year. He chaired the Chamber’s Workforce Development Committee for four years and served on the Broadband Committee.
He was involved in Leadership Gillespie County for six years, including two as program coordinator. Todd serves as Area Vice President for the Texas Association of Builders and is Past-President of the Hill Country Builders Association. He is a founding member of the Casa Über Alles building trades program at FHS. He was a founding member of The Grace Center Board of Directors and serves on the Hill Country SPCA facilities committee and the Friends of the Fredericksburg Nature Center advisory committee.
Todd is ready to work on the changes noted in the Fredericksburg Comprehensive Plan - changes like affordable housing, sidewalk improvement, additional activities for youth in our community and a broader variation of businesses in our community. He sees this as a multi-year mission and is willing to work far beyond an initial term on the CIty Council.
